1. Dumbbell Bench Press 3sets
2. Seated Dumbbell Press 3sets
3. Wide-grip Lat Pulldown 3sets
4. Leg Press 3sets
5. Natural Glute Ham Raise 3sets
6. Running, Treadmill  6min
